I had to add to my review for the last job that was done on my 2019 Ford escape. My whole engine was replaced along with a front axle, transmission, mount, and many more things. It took a little bit to find a new engine, but Julie kept me up-to-date and right now. I basically have a brand new engine. There was a faulty bolt and a part that was still under a manufacturers warranty and instead of making me wait for the manufacturer to figure things out SPARKS replaced my engine, eliminating all the other stress that could come with that. It feels like a brand new vehicle, I am so grateful that there are honest people around that do this type of work. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and I will be back in a few weeks with my other vehicle because you guys are the best of the best. 12/11/25 I couldn't believe how quick they got the job done, it was a very difficult job that nobody else wanted to do. This will be where I go to get my major car work done for now on. Thank you SO much!!! My last experience a couple weeks ago went very well, my vehicle engine was about to take another dump and SPARKS was going to replace that engine for the third time but instead I traded it in and got something more reliable. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank the owner Patrick and everybody else for doing such a good job, I not only consider you guys my mechanics, but I also consider you my friends. any world would have told me to take a hike and I appreciate the level of compassion and empathy that you have for your customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

These guys do great work.

Very professional old school type of shop, they have a well spoken, up front and honest service writer and they do good quality, reliable work that you can trust in. You just know it when you find a good shop and the mechanics are qualified, that's these guys. This is a shop I plan to return to.
